Disconnect Instagram

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings and activity.
2. Open Website permissions, then Apps and Websites.
3. Find ClaimCart and choose Remove.

This stops future access through that authorization. Meta may take time to notify connected services.

Request deletion from ClaimCart

1. Sign in to your ClaimCart merchant account.
2. Open the Instagram section and confirm the connected username.
3. Contact the app administrator using the support contact displayed on ClaimCart’s Meta app listing. Request “Delete my ClaimCart account and connected Instagram data” and include your ClaimCart account email and Instagram username so the request can be verified.

For buyer-order information, contact the merchant shown in the checkout experience. ClaimCart may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.

What is deleted

After identity and authority are verified, eligible merchant profile data, Instagram connection records, post mappings, automation records, and associated service data are deleted or anonymized. A confirmation will be provided when processing is complete.
